Submitting a form or message is a request for information, not a binding contract. Quotes and timelines are estimates until confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement) and, where required, payment of any agreed deposit.

4. Services & client responsibilities

When you engage us, you agree to provide timely feedback, content, access credentials, and decisions needed to deliver the work. Delays on the client side may shift schedules. Intellectual property, payment schedules, warranties, and acceptance criteria are defined in the project agreement.

5. Third-party platforms

Websites we build may rely on WordPress, hosting, payment gateways, analytics, or other third-party tools. Their terms and availability are outside our full control; we will advise on recommended setups.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeugraTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from services except as expressly agreed in a written contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Riyadh, unless a project agreement specifies otherwise.
